Kang Jung-won, spokesperson for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said at the Jamboree daily briefing held at the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 10th, "The scouts will safely move from their accommodations to the stadium under the guidance of dedicated guides, with more than 1,000 buses, each assigned one guide."

Spokesperson Kang explained, "The scouts will enter sequentially from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM according to a strict schedule, and the government will manage the flow to prevent crowds from gathering all at once." After a closing ceremony lasting 30 minutes starting at 5:30 PM, the K-pop Super Live concert will be held for two hours from 7:00 PM.

In addition to 37,000 seats in the stands, 6,000 seats will be arranged on the ground, preparing a total of 43,000 seats. Seating arrangements and entry/exit will be conducted considering temperature, travel time to accommodations, and departure schedules. Regarding emergency medical measures, collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Seoul City, Mapo-gu, and fire stations is underway to prepare for rapid response to emergencies by installing four on-site emergency medical stations and deploying 10 ambulances.

About 40 medical personnel will be deployed, and approximately 90,000 water bottles will be provided to the scouts. To prepare for the northward approach of Typhoon Khanun, a meteorological forecaster from the Korea Meteorological Administration is stationed on-site to share updates, and wire reinforcements supporting the stage have been carried out in preparation for the typhoon.

To prevent broadcast accidents due to power outages, generators and distribution panels on each floor have been inspected for leakage. Regarding the possibility of concert cancellation due to the typhoon, Spokesperson Kang said at the briefing, "We are continuously monitoring meteorological data, and the weather conditions during the closing ceremony and K-pop Super Live tomorrow are suitable for the performance, so cancellation is not being considered."

Thirty additional portable toilets have been installed inside the stadium to minimize restroom congestion, and more than 200 personnel will be deployed for cleaning and maintenance, including restroom management. Police will be stationed outside the venue for traffic control and crowd management. To prepare for fire incidents, additional fire extinguishers will be placed on each floor to minimize vulnerable areas.
