KNW Acquires Additional 35 Billion KRW Shares of KNW Materials

KNW announced on the 8th that it will additionally acquire 1,206,897 shares of its subsidiary KNW Materials for approximately 35 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, KNW will hold 100% of the shares of KNW Materials. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 5th of next month.

KNW stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to improve the financial structure of its subsidiary KNW Materials and to expand investment."
