Guro-gu Introduces Chatbot Service ‘Gurobot’ for Real Estate Civil Complaints Consultation
‘24/7 Non-Face-to-Face Consultation Available for Real Estate Transactions, Housing Lease Reporting, and Jeonse Fraud’
Guro-gu (Mayor Moon Heon-il) announced on the 8th that it will introduce the chatbot service ‘Gurobot’ for real estate-related civil complaint consultations starting this month.
‘Gurobot’ is a chatbot consultation service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It provides consultation services regarding the subjects of reporting, reporting obligations, reporting methods, and reporting procedures that need to be known when reporting real estate transactions or housing lease agreements.
The district expects that the introduction of the chatbot service will greatly improve administrative efficiency as well as convenience for residents.
In particular, since it can be used quickly and easily 24/7, it can be effectively utilized during real estate transactions that mainly take place at night or on weekends.
‘Gurobot’ is accessible to anyone through the KakaoTalk channel and the web without the need to install a separate app.
By searching for ‘Guro-gu Office Real Estate Information Division’ in the KakaoTalk search bar and adding the channel or by scanning the QR code with a smartphone, users can access the chatbot service. It is also available on the web by clicking the chatbot icon at the bottom right of the Guro-gu Office website.
The district plans to continuously update the chatbot data by analyzing frequently asked questions from users and gradually improve the response matching rate.
Additionally, to facilitate easy use at actual real estate transaction sites, promotional activities will be strengthened, including distributing QR code stickers to certified real estate agencies within the district.
A Guro-gu official stated, “We plan to monitor and manage the service regularly to ensure there are no inconveniences in use,” and added, “We hope many residents will show interest in and use the 24/7 never-sleeping chatbot service ‘Gurobot.’”
