Cleaning Research Institute Supports Career-Interrupted Women in the Middle-Aged Group

Business Agreement Between Seongbuk 50 Plus Center and Partners

Saenghwal Research Institute, which operates the Cleaning Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyun-ju), announced on the 7th that it has signed a business agreement with Seongbuk 50 Plus Center (Director Park Ik-hyun) regarding job creation for middle-aged women.

Opened in 2019, the Seongbuk 50 Plus Center is a social welfare facility that provides policy support to help the 50+ generation (ages 50-64, including baby boomers and middle-aged individuals) systematically pursue a second phase of life.

Through this agreement, the Cleaning Research Institute will provide cleaning manager training opportunities in collaboration with the Seongbuk 50 Plus Center to encourage economic participation of middle-aged women with career interruptions. A professional instructor from the Cleaning Research Institute will conduct a 5-hour systematic curriculum covering specialized cleaning and management methods by area, as well as how to use the Cleaning Research Institute Manager app.

The cleaning manager training can be applied for through the Seongbuk 50 Plus Center and the Cleaning Research Institute Manager app. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive an apron, multipurpose cleaner, and other basic cleaning supplies necessary for cleaning work free of charge from the Cleaning Research Institute, enabling them to freely work as cleaning managers.

Yeon Hyun-ju, CEO of Saenghwal Research Institute, said, "Through this job project, I hope middle-aged women with career interruptions successfully re-enter economic activities," adding, "We will participate in various support projects for women's social advancement and economic activities to contribute to the development of the local community."
