Gangnam-gu Hosts Byeolbyeol Playground... Kids Excited! Summer Festival!

Held on August 4-5 at Yulhyeon Park in Segok-dong, featuring a large playground on the outdoor lawn and a refreshing poolside film festival

Gangnam-gu (Mayor Jo Seongmyeong) held the summer theme park-style festival ‘2023 Byeolbyeol Playground’ on the lawn at Yulhyeon Park in Segok-dong on the 4th.

Under the theme ‘All kinds of fun,’ this festival consists of four themes that children and families can enjoy together: ▲Byeolbyeol Class ▲Byeolbyeol Picnic ▲Byeolbyeol Playground ▲Byeolbyeol Stage. Attendees can enjoy a large air pool filled with ball pits, kids riders, water gun games, soccer bingo, and a white bubble party.

From 6 PM to 9 PM, the Byeolbyeol Stage hosts a music concert and a poolside film festival. The poolside film festival, where viewers can sit in a mini pool set up on the urban lawn and enjoy movies refreshingly, is expected to be the highlight of the festival. The festival runs until the 5th from 11 AM to 9 PM.

Jo Seongmyeong, Mayor of Gangnam-gu, stated, “I hope that children and families can overcome the heat and have a healthy and enjoyable summer at Byeolbyeol Playground,” adding, “We will carefully prepare so that this summer festival, held for the first time this year, can establish itself as a representative summer festival of Gangnam in the future.”
