Genians Ranks 4th in Global NAC Market Share

Integrated security platform company Genian announced on the 4th that it ranked 4th in the global enterprise network equipment NAC sector for the first quarter of 2023, according to the recent report by global market research firm Gartner. This is the 10th time Genian has been listed in Gartner's report. It has maintained the 4th position in market share for the past nine quarters.

According to Gartner, the global enterprise network equipment market in the first quarter of this year recorded $19.8 billion, a 24.3% increase compared to the same period last year. Among network sectors, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), wireless LAN, and campus switches showed the most significant growth.

The global Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) market is expected to grow from $362 million (454.6 billion KRW) in 2020 at an average annual growth rate of 35.8%, reaching $1.674 billion (2.1023 trillion KRW) by 2025. It is predicted that the market will grow significantly as it integrates with key security technologies to manage user identity verification, internal authentication, and cloud-based management.

Gartner explained that companies worldwide are highly interested in strengthening the security of users and devices through Zero Trust strategies based on the comprehensive visibility and authentication provided by Network Access Control (NAC).

Genian's NAC-based Zero Trust solution, ‘Genian ZTNA,’ can integrate security across diverse network boundaries such as campus, remote, cloud, and hybrid environments into a single platform. It protects each connection point and ensures business continuity through continuous verification processes.
