Chairman Kwon Won-gang's First Overseas Expansion Since Return
Plans to Open Up to 3 Branches Within the Year
Kyochon F&B announced on the 3rd that it has opened its first Kyochon Chicken store in Taiwan.

The first Kyochon Chicken store in Taiwan opened in the 'Global Mall Banqiao Station' in New Taipei City, Taiwan, with an area of about 40 pyeong. Here, along with Kyochon's signature menu, localized items such as squid rings and set menus tailored to local tastes are also offered.
The Taiwan store marks the first overseas expansion since Kwon Won-gang, chairman of Kyochon F&B, returned. Starting with the opening of the first store in Taiwan, Kyochon plans to open a second store in Taipei in October and establish a third store within the year. Currently, Kyochon operates a total of 67 overseas stores in 7 countries.
Chairman Kwon said, "Active expansion into overseas markets is Kyochon's new growth engine for the future," adding, "We plan to establish ourselves as a global K-food representing Korea and contribute to promoting Korean food culture worldwide."
