Gatevision Co., Ltd., a premium importer and distributor specializing in overseas home appliances, recently signed an exclusive domestic import contract with DJI, the world’s leading drone technology brand, and is set to expand the domestic brand presence and increase department store experience stores through this partnership.


DJI, which has been developing innovative drones since 2006, is a global company headquartered in Shenzhen, known as the Silicon Valley of China. It manufactures professional and consumer camera drones, handheld devices, and action cameras, leading the global unmanned aerial vehicle market with consumer drones and aerial imaging technology for both general users and professionals. Additionally, DJI is dedicated to developing high-performance aerial filming and filmmaking equipment for creators. It currently operates global branches in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with its products and solutions used in over 100 countries worldwide across various industries including filmmaking, construction, inspection, emergency response, agriculture, nature conservation, and many others.

Gatevision Co., Ltd., a marketing and import distribution specialist with 23 years of experience, first introduced Dyson to the Korean market in 2009 and is also the official domestic importer and seller of premium brands such as Sennheiser, Lorastar, and Imetec.


DJI and Gatevision announced plans to open DJI drone specialty stores along with 'Hasselblad (Hasselblad) ultra-premium camera brand' ARS stores in major domestic department stores. Within a year, they aim to open 15 DJI specialty experience stores centered around top department stores nationwide to popularize the drone market. Online, they plan to expand their presence primarily through the official DJI Naver brand store.


Meanwhile, Hasselblad is Sweden’s representative ultra-premium camera brand, whose cameras were used in the Apollo program missions when humans first landed on the moon, and it continues to be highly loved by photography enthusiasts to this day.
