Extended by 2 Years and 60,000 km Compared to Before
Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 1st that it has launched the ‘ISP Plus’ product, which allows warranty repairs, regular inspections, and replacement of major consumables even after the basic free service period of the vehicle has ended.
This product extends the ISP (Integrated Service Package) period from 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) based on the vehicle’s initial registration date to 5 years or 160,000 km.
There are three types: Basic, Classic, and Excellent. The Excellent plan, which offers the most coverage, guarantees warranty repairs for the powertrain as well as body and general parts, regular inspections, replacement of major consumables such as brake pads when worn, pickup and delivery service, 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, and towing for inoperable vehicles.
Subscription is available through official showrooms and service centers. For new vehicles, it is possible within 90 days from the registration date, and for existing vehicles, it is available during the ISP service period.
A launch event will also be held. Until the 30th of next month, new subscribers will be entered into a draw to receive prizes such as hotel and resort gift certificates, iPads, and department store mobile gift certificates.
