- Triple Station Area, Differentiated Product Value, Brand Power as Success Factors
- Exclusive Area 59~84㎡, Remaining 485 Units Sold Out... Scheduled for Move-in June 2024
All housing types of ‘Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station,’ supplied by Hyundai Engineering & Construction in Ganseok-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, have been 100% sold out.
This complex is conveniently located in a triple station area and features differentiated product qualities such as German-made system windows and food waste conveyance facilities, which attracted strong consumer response.
The high brand awareness of Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s ‘Hillstate’ also played a significant role in the sales completion. In fact, when the model house was renewed and reopened, over 2,000 visitors came over three days, drawing attention for its high popularity despite the recent nationwide market downturn.
A sales official stated, “The convenience of transportation, including the planned GTX-B line, and the anticipation of the complex being developed under the Hillstate brand kept interest high during the model house’s renewal opening. We will strive to provide residents with high residential satisfaction based on Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s solid construction capabilities.”
‘Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station’ consists of 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 746 units sized between 39 and 84 square meters. Among these, 485 units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡ were offered to the general public.
The complex is conveniently located in a triple station area at Incheon City Hall Station, a transfer station for Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2 and the planned GTX-B line. Especially, once the GTX-B line connecting Incheon University Entrance to Maseok opens, the travel time from Incheon University Entrance Station to Seoul Station, which previously took about 90 minutes by bus and subway respectively, will be reduced to 28 minutes, greatly improving accessibility to downtown Seoul.
The living infrastructure is also robust. Shopping facilities such as Lotte Department Store (Incheon branch) and Newcore Outlet (Incheon branch), as well as large marts like Homeplus (Guwol branch) and Lotte Mart (Incheon Terminal branch), are nearby, and residents can easily access Guwol-dong Rodeo Street, one of Incheon’s representative commercial districts.
The complex is mainly oriented southward to maximize natural lighting. It adopts a 4Bay slab-type design (except for some units) to ensure excellent ventilation. When balconies are expanded, German-made system windows and triple glazing will be applied to the living room and bedroom exterior windows, allowing for wider space utilization and elegant design. The kitchen is equipped with a food waste conveyance system for convenient disposal of food waste.
‘Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station’ is scheduled for occupancy in June 2024.
