The city of Anyang in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting candidates for the second half of the year for the 'Youth Jeon/Wolse Deposit Loan Interest Support' program, which is implemented to stabilize housing for young people without homes who find it difficult to save a large sum of money. The recruitment period is from August 2 to October 31.
The support includes recommending new loans for Jeon/Wolse deposits up to a maximum limit of 200 million KRW and providing interest support within 2% per annum.
Eligibility requires applicants to be homeowners without housing aged 19 to 39 who reside in or plan to move to Anyang (must complete resident registration transfer within one month after the loan). As of the end of 2022, the annual income must be 50 million KRW or less, or the combined annual income of a couple must be 80 million KRW or less.
Consultations on the possibility and amount of new loans can be conducted through the 'NH Nonghyup Anyang Branch' located in Dalan-dong, which has an agreement with Anyang City.
After consulting with NH Nonghyup Anyang Branch and confirming loan eligibility, applicants can submit their application to the Anyang City Youth Support Team.
Starting from this second half recruitment, Anyang City has simplified the qualification documents through online applications using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's 'Public MyData,' making it easier to apply than before.
