GS Construction Launches Wonju's First Xi Apartment 'Wonju Xi Centro' for Sale

GS Construction will open the model house for ‘Wonju Xi Centro,’ located in Block 1 of the Dangu District Urban Development Project Area in Wonju-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (around 894 Dangu-dong), on the 28th and begin full-scale sales.

This complex is the first Xi apartment in Wonju, consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 970 households and exclusive areas of 84 to 130㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A 470 units ▲84㎡B 386 units ▲109㎡ 110 units ▲130㎡ 4 units (penthouse).

Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on the 7th of next month, followed by first-priority subscription on the 8th, and second-priority subscription on the 9th. The announcement of winners will be on the 16th, and the official contracts for winners will be conducted over three days from the 28th to the 30th.

Wonju Xi Centro offers easy access to various living infrastructures. It is convenient to travel to surrounding metropolitan areas via the Namwonju IC on the Jungang Expressway, and access to Seoul Cheongnyangni Station is easy through KTX Wonju Station. The double-track railway project on the Gyeonggang Line from Yeoju to Wonju is also underway.

Schools such as Dangun Elementary, Namwonju Elementary, Dangu Middle School, and Chiak High School are located near the complex. Convenience facilities like Homeplus (Wonju branch), E-Mart (Wonju branch), and Lotte Cinema are also easily accessible. The area boasts abundant green infrastructure, including Baegunsan Mountain foothills near the complex, Chiaksan National Park, Dangun Park, and Dangu Neighborhood Park, providing a pleasant residential environment.

Within Wonju Xi Centro, various resting spaces for residents will be established. The central part of the complex will feature the ‘Central Plaza’ (Elysian Garden), along with Healing Garden, Welcome Garden, Xi Fun Ground (children’s playground), school bus zone, daycare center, senior citizens’ center, community exercise facilities, and care center scattered throughout the complex.

The community facility ‘Club Xi-an’ will include a golf practice range, fitness center, GX room, Pilates room, male and female saunas, a small library, male and female reading rooms, and a cafeteria. The small library will be stocked with popular books and bestsellers curated by a major domestic bookstore.

For the first time in Wonju, a sky lounge will be created within the complex. Located on the 29th floor, the sky lounge will feature an outdoor terrace and private dining rooms. Additionally, an Open Coffee Station (OCS) will be installed where residents can brew coffee themselves and experience its aroma, allowing them to relax while enjoying the unobstructed view of Baegunsan Mountain.
