Average Market Price 245.54 Million KRW... 0.07% Increase from Last Week
The golf membership market saw a sharp decline in transaction volume due to heavy rain, heatwaves, and the summer vacation season overlapping. Amid cautious trading, overall prices remained steady.
According to the Donga Membership Trading Center on the 29th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide was 245.54 million KRW, up 0.07% compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment rose 0.08%, the high price segment 0.18%, and the mid-price segment 0.02%. The low price segment fell 0.07%. The Donga Membership Trading Center expects, "Due to a continued shortage of listings and cautious buying, prices will maintain a steady trend for the time being."
The average price in the central region is 277.62 million KRW, up 0.12% compared to last week. New Seoul rose 1.16% due to accumulated buy orders and additional buying interest. Giheung also saw a slight jump of 0.37% amid a balanced tug-of-war between sellers and buyers. Suwon increased by 0.89%, Gold by 1.25%, Shinwon by 1.19%, Blue One Yongin by 1.07%, and Jayu by 0.88%. Team leader Park Cheon-ju said, "The central region membership market showed no declines, with only some items showing slight increases," adding, "With decreased transaction volume, the steady trend is expected to continue."
The average price in the southern region was 162.50 million KRW, down 0.07% from last week. Gyeongju Shilla fell 2.07%, Daegu 0.68%, Dongbusan 1.72%, and Pamihills 1.03%. On the other hand, Tongdo steadily increased buy orders, rising slightly by 0.62%. Changwon also rose 0.17% due to seller asking prices. Team leader Lee Yoon-hee analyzed, "The southern region membership market saw a slight decrease in transaction volume," and "There will be differentiated trends by item."
