Lotte ON On and the Beauty is expanding the brands and product categories for this service. As more brands want to participate in the trial service, the number of products available has doubled compared to April this year.

Customers can first try the sample products provided with their purchase, and if the product does not suit their skin or they are not satisfied with the color, scent, etc., they can use a free return coupon to send it back. Return requests must be made within 7 days after delivery, without opening the main product.
