Busan Office of Education Holds College Admission Briefing for Multicultural and North Korean Defector Students

The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will hold the "2024 College Admission Information Session for Multicultural and North Korean Defector High School Students" on the 28th from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Busan Education Office Multicultural Education Support Center.

This program is designed to assist multicultural and North Korean defector high school students and out-of-school youth with their college admissions and to enhance the understanding of college admission procedures among teachers and parents.

During the session, instructors from the Busan Academic Development Institute's College Admission Support Team will provide guidance on college admission procedures for multicultural and North Korean defector students using a booklet, followed by a Q&A session, individual on-site consultations for interested students, and arrangements for follow-up consultations.

Teachers from multicultural alternative education institutions and Jangdaehyeon Middle and High School will also participate in the session to strengthen their capacity to guide out-of-school youth from multicultural immigrant backgrounds and North Korean defector students in their academic advancement.
