Gwangju Nam-gu to Hold Happiness Sharing Contest Until August 13

On the 25th, Nam-gu announced that it will hold a call for entries for the "2023 Resident Happiness Empathy Exhibition" until the 13th of next month to promote a culture of resident happiness empathy.

The themes include photos and stories of personal items or places that brought happy moments and memories in daily life, personal happiness tips, and heartwarming stories related to happiness.

Anyone who loves Nam-gu can participate regardless of region or age.

To submit contest entries, download the application form and personal information consent form from the notice or banner on the Nam-gu Office website, then submit them via Naver Form or send them to the person in charge by email.

The evaluation criteria include creativity, sincerity, emotional impact, and empathy, and the winners will be determined by the total score based on the evaluation points.

To ensure fairness in the contest, Nam-gu will conduct e-voting for residents, surveys for public officials, and evaluations by the Resident Happiness Committee during the selection process of outstanding works. Winners will receive prize money ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 KRW.

Additionally, Nam-gu plans to exhibit about 30 outstanding works, including the winning entries, at the "2023 Resident Happiness Empathy Exhibition" scheduled to be held from September to December at Baegun Square and other public institutions in the district.
