'AI Summit Seoul 2023 (AIS 2023)', which explores the present and future of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the convergence points of industries, will be held for two days from September 13 to 14 at the COEX Grand Ballroom.
Now in its 6th edition, the AI Summit is a global event presenting AI technology and business application cases.
Park Se-jung, CEO of DMK Global, the organizer of the event, stated, "The global AI market is currently focused on investments in generative AI and large language models, marking an era where AI adoption will decisively impact companies' competitiveness in the future. We have invited world-class experts so that AI stakeholders can quickly grasp market trends and gain insights."

The event targets around 1,200 participants, including corporate executives, AI researchers, developers, professionals from various departments, and investors. Over two days, more than 80 domestic and international AI experts will deliver lectures across three specialized tracks.
Key speakers include Dr. Oren Etzioni, former CEO of the Allen Institute for AI, and Luc Julia, who led the development of Apple’s Siri and currently serves as Chief Scientist (CSO) at Renault Group.
In the industrial AI sector, speakers include Tino Hildebrand, Vice President of Siemens Korea, and Daniel Jeffries, former CIO of generative AI company stability.ai.
In the fields of technology and data strategy, speakers include Jack Chua, Senior Data Scientist at Meta; Sachin Kumar Agrawal, AI lead at Sony Research; and Avinash Jade from Walmart Global Tech.
