This year, the district is actively promoting admission support projects to reduce private education expenses and enhance the district's educational competitiveness.
Starting with the first admission briefing held in April under the theme 'Establishing 2024 College Admission Strategies and Analysis of March Academic Assessment,' the district plans to expand to seven sessions of admission briefings and classes aligned with major high school and college admission schedules.
In addition to admission briefings, Dobong-gu Office has established an admission counseling room to provide tailored 1:1 consulting for admissions and academic progression, supporting about 200 sessions annually to offer practical information for students preparing for college admission.
Furthermore, after the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) held in November, the district plans to support a regular admission strategy briefing and customized 1:1 consulting for regular admission preparation.
Mayor Oh Eon-seok of Dobong-gu stated, "This briefing is organized to assist students and parents in establishing early admission application strategies ahead of the college early admission application period," adding, "The district will actively support students striving for their dreams despite the hot summer weather during the vacation to help them succeed in early admission."
