Yonsei Sarang Hospital announced that it has introduced and is utilizing KT's artificial intelligence (AI) disinfection robot to provide a safer environment for patients.
The AI disinfection robot uses the latest plasma technology, employing low concentrations of ozone generated from plasma to eliminate more than 99.9% of harmful bacteria and viruses.
Equipped with functions such as air purification, sterilization, and autonomous driving, it is suitable for use in institutions like hospitals as it enables real-time disinfection in crowded spaces.
A representative from Yonsei Sarang Hospital stated, "We will strive to create a safer hospital environment through the introduction of disinfection robots and other measures."
