Dump Truck Repairing Disaster-Prone Area in Changwon Rolls into River

A dump truck that was under construction in Singam-ri, Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, rolled down into the stream.

At around 3:50 PM on the 20th, a dump truck conducting disaster-vulnerable area maintenance work in Singam-ri, Naeseo-eup, Masanhwoin-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, rolled into the nearby Gwangryeocheon stream.

According to the Changwon Fire Headquarters, the driver of the dump truck in his 60s was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital, and the vehicle that fell into the stream was lifted by a crane that was dispatched.

The police and fire authorities are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident based on statements from the vehicle driver and witnesses.
