They are suspected of inhaling marijuana at a one-room apartment in Gwangcheon-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 14th.
Furthermore, B is also charged with selling marijuana to C and D.
They reportedly met at the same construction site and started using marijuana following B's suggestion.
The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant for A, who sold marijuana, and trace financial transactions to track down drug suppliers and dealers.
