Umi Construction announced on the 20th that it will open the model house for Icheon Jungri Umirin Trishade, supplied in collaboration with Buwon Construction, on the 21st and begin full-scale sales.
Icheon Jungri Umirin Trishade is located in B2 block of Jungri Residential Development District in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and consists of 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 849 households of 84㎡ exclusive area.
The complex offers convenient access to Pangyo, Bundang, Gwangju, Yeoju, and other areas via the Gyeonggang Line Icheon Station. It is accessible to the Jungbu Expressway through Seoicheon IC and to the Yeongdong Expressway through Icheon IC.
Nearby the complex, sites for a kindergarten and an elementary school are planned. A large neighborhood park is also scheduled to be developed in front of the complex.
Icheon Jungri Umirin Trishade is designed as a park-style apartment complex with no cars on the ground level. It secures ample parking space with 1.42 parking spots per household. Within the complex, specialized community facilities such as a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, table tennis room, gender-separated reading rooms, a small library, a residents’ cafe, and a guest house are provided.
The sales schedule begins with special supply on the 31st of this month, followed by first-priority subscription on August 1st and second-priority subscription on August 2nd. Winners will be announced on the 8th, and the official contract period will be held for four days from August 21st to 24th.
A sales official stated, “Icheon Jungri Umirin Trishade is supplied at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system, so there has been significant interest from buyers even before the model house opened.”
