Tone28 received a rating of "Very High" in cleansing power according to a performance and price survey of shampoo bars conducted by the Korea Consumer Agency.
The survey selected 10 brands with high consumer preference, and 32 experts including nationally certified beauticians and professors of cosmetology evaluated the products through actual use.
Most shampoo bars were evaluated as producing rich foam, being easy to rinse, and leaving minimal residue on the scalp or hair after use; however, there were differences in cleansing power among brands, with Tone28 receiving a "Very High" rating in this category.
Among the 18 major test items including cleansing power, the overall user satisfaction ranked high, and among the top-rated brands, Tone28's price per 10g was relatively low. It also received conforming or matching results in categories such as allergen-inducing ingredients, pH level advertising, and environmental aspects.
Meanwhile, the Tone28 S19 Baobab Shampoo Bar, which showed a 67.29% improvement rate in hair loss and a 43.21% improvement rate in scalp moisture, is the most popular shampoo bar on the official Tone28 online store and notably ranked first in the shampoo category of the 2021 Hwahae Beauty Awards.
