Kakao Mobility Introduces Customized Article Selection
Also Offers Business Event and Protocol Reservation Services

Kakao Mobility announced on the 20th that it will introduce a 'Customized Driver Selection' service for general users and a 'Business Event & Protocol' reservation service for corporate clients. Through this, users can select and book taxi services according to their travel purpose or situation.

Customized Driver Selection is a reservation feature that allows passengers to choose a taxi based on their travel purpose or previous usage history. It is offered in the Kakao T Black, Venti, and Pet services. Depending on the number of passengers and travel purpose, users can select ▲taxis specializing in airport transfers ▲taxis with English-speaking drivers.

It is also possible to rebook taxis that provided a good service experience. Users can select the same taxi if they have used it within the past year or have directly saved the driver's QR code business card in the Kakao T app. The driver business card will include information such as vehicle number and car model and will be produced and distributed for drivers to use in their sales activities.

The company also operates a 'Business Event & Protocol' reservation service for corporate clients. Until now, companies have faced difficulties in securing multiple vehicles at once or expecting meticulous protocol services when transportation was needed for executives or external guests.

In response, Kakao Mobility introduced transportation services tailored to corporate clients' needs such as location, time, and car type, including ▲VIP protocol for corporate events ▲arrival and departure of foreign clients ▲commuting for corporate executives ▲bulk reservations for conferences. Protocol-specialized drivers also provide VIP care services and foreign language support such as English and Japanese.
