Applications Accepted from July 20 to August 21, 10 Locations to Be Designated
Ulsan City is gathering real estate agents who can communicate in foreign languages.
On the 20th, Ulsan City announced that it will select 'Global Real Estate Agencies' capable of conducting transactions in foreign languages to provide convenience for the increasing number of foreigners using real estate brokerage services.
The recruitment fields include four languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese, with a total of 10 agencies to be selected.
Applicants must be representatives of real estate agencies that have been operating in Ulsan City for more than one year and have not received any administrative sanctions under the 'Certified Real Estate Agent Act' within the past two years.
The evaluation process includes document screening and interviews based on qualifications and language proficiency, leading to the final designation.
Once designated as a Global Real Estate Agency, a certificate will be awarded, and a designated signboard will be attached to the office.
Applications can be submitted in person or by mail to the Land Information Division of Ulsan City Hall or the Land Information Division of the district/county offices from the 20th until August 21st.
An official from Ulsan City stated, "We look forward to applications from licensed real estate agents who can communicate in foreign languages and provide customized real estate transaction services for foreigners, fitting the era of globalization."
Since 2017, Ulsan City has designated Global Real Estate Agencies and currently operates 26 offices. By language, there are 18 English-speaking offices, 3 Chinese-speaking offices, and 5 Japanese-speaking offices.
