Sozinkong Launches 'Bridge Board' Communication Channel for Staff and Management

Sozinkong Launches 'Bridge Board' Communication Channel for Staff and Management Park Seong-hyo, President of the Small Enterprise and Market Service (center), is attending the '2023 Bridge Board' held at the Daejeon Headquarters on the 19th and taking a group photo with the staff.

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 20th that it has launched the '2023 Bridge Board.'

The Bridge Board is an official communication channel within the Service for mid-level managers (grade 4 and above), established to resolve differences in opinions between ranks and create an organization that develops through organic communication. Following an open recruitment in June, a total of 14 participants were selected from the Service headquarters and regional centers nationwide.

At the Bridge Board launch event, held for the first time this year at the Daejeon headquarters the day before, the ceremony included the presentation of appointment letters, guidance on the direction of the Bridge Board for this year, communication with the head of the organization, and free discussion activities.

In the morning, Park Seonghyo, the Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, held a Brown Bag Meeting (a discussion session accompanied by a simple lunch) to freely exchange opinions on current issues and improvement plans of the organization.

In the afternoon, a discussion was held on the causes and solutions for improvement tasks proposed by the Junior Board, composed of junior employees. Current issues affecting mid-level ranks were also shared.

Until December this year, the Bridge Board will concretize management improvement ideas proposed by the Junior Board through free discussions and present feasible plans to the management. It is expected to play a central role in internal communication, including attending board meetings and mentoring linked with the Junior Board.

Park Seonghyo, Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, “Reducing differences in opinions between ranks within the organization is precisely the role and capability of the institution,” adding, “We expect the Bridge Board to serve as a communication bridge connecting differences in thoughts between ranks and contribute to the development of the Service.”
