Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal Provides Latest Information on Nearby Market Prices and Actual Transaction Prices Gyeonggi Province will provide transaction checklist items for free starting from the 20th through the real estate portal.

Gyeonggi Province will provide free checklists to residents for real estate transactions starting from the 20th.

From this day, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will develop and offer "Real Estate Transaction Checklists" content through the real estate information website 'Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal,' including information on housing market prices nearby, methods for subscribing to rental and jeonse deposit return guarantees, and more.

Residents can check the surrounding market prices of their interested housing or verify detailed information by complex and area through integrated actual transaction price inquiries when signing jeonse contracts or purchasing. This allows them to know appropriate transaction prices in advance and also check brokerage fees beforehand through the brokerage fee calculation function.

Additionally, before signing a contract, essential items to verify such as the building register, certified copy of the register, and tax payment certificate for rental properties are guided, and linked sites for administrative verification are provided. After the contract is completed, explanations on how to obtain a fixed date and report move-in, as well as how to subscribe to rental (jeonse) deposit return guarantees if necessary, are also provided.

Oh Chang-seon, head of the Spatial Information Drone Team at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "The Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal provides the latest real estate information in real-time daily, such as checking for 'empty jeonse' and monitoring planned real estate, to protect residents' property rights," adding, "We continuously discover new content by gathering user requirements."
