The Town Mall Kintex Branch is Emart's largest store, with a retail area of 26,446㎡ (8,000 pyeong). It is the third 'mall-type Emart' model to open, following Wolgye Branch in 2020 and Yeonsu Branch in March.
According to Emart on the 20th, The Town Mall Kintex Branch has been reborn with tenant facilities and cultural and rest spaces totaling over 330㎡ (100 pyeong), including an 'atrium' and a 'library relaxation space'. The total retail area is 26,446㎡ (8,000 pyeong), of which Traders occupies 8,595㎡ (2,600 pyeong), and tenants and specialty stores have increased by about 95% compared to before, totaling 17,851㎡ (5,400 pyeong).
The Town Mall Kintex Branch has 98 tenant stores, four times more than before. Among them, Emart explained that 34 stores are opening for the first time in the Ilsan area. Representative popular restaurants include 'Uncle Peter's', 'Dirty Trunk', and 'Malttong Donut'.
The Traders store will open a food court T Cafe with about 90 seats. At T Cafe, popular items include a 45cm diameter large pizza and rice noodles topped with half a domestic chicken. Emart explained that synergy is expected with the newly opened No Brand store on the first floor.
To celebrate the opening of The Town Mall Kintex Branch, Traders will offer discounts on fresh food and daily necessities for ten days starting from the 21st.
