This project was carried out from April targeting 40 Seocho-gu residents at health risk. Participants received education on chronic diseases and personalized health management services through the health management platform Dr. Diary application (app) for 90 days. During two group education sessions, they also attended lectures by specialists including endocrinologists from university hospitals, diabetes education nutritionists, and exercise prescribers.

Dr. Diary provided participants with the Dr. Diary Care blood glucose meter to monitor their blood glucose trends and used glycated hemoglobin tests to track changes in health management. Additionally, online non-face-to-face one-on-one human coaching was offered in various areas such as blood glucose, nutrition, exercise, and psychology to support participants’ systematic health management.

Participants gave a satisfaction score of 9.6 out of 10 in the project survey. Among all participants, 87% showed improvement in glycated hemoglobin, and it was found that participants measured their blood glucose a total of 1,764 times over the 90 days.

Seocho-gu Public Health Center Director Soon-ok Woo said, “We place significance on promoting residents’ health through ‘Seoripul Care’” and added, “The Seocho-gu Public Health Center plans to actively engage in chronic disease education using digital platforms and offline group education in the future.” Dr. Diary CEO Jeyoon Song also said, “We are pleased to contribute to improving the health level of local residents by providing high-quality health management services through the Seoripul Care project,” and added, “We will continue to actively utilize offline education linked with the platform to promote the expansion of public health center-type health management services nationwide.”
