Creating a Buzz for the 'Traveling Dinosaur Expo in Ilsan'
Lee Sang-geun, the governor of Goseong County, Gyeongnam, visited Goyang City and the Educational Broadcasting System (EBS) to continue the momentum of the ‘Traveling Dinosaur Expo in Ilsan.’
On the 17th, Governor Lee visited Goyang City Hall and met with Mayor Lee Dong-hwan of Goyang City. To secure weekday group visitors for the ‘Traveling Dinosaur Expo,’ he requested the organization of a familiarization tour inviting directors of daycare centers located in Goyang City and asked for the active participation and cooperation of Goyang City officials’ families to make it a successful tourism case for other cities and counties.

Afterwards, Governor Lee met with Kim Yoo-yeol, president of the Educational Broadcasting System (EBS), explaining the educational value of the Goseong dinosaurs and requested collaboration between EBS’s content and the Goseong dinosaurs.
Governor Lee said, “Since the opening of the Traveling Dinosaur Expo, word of mouth has spread even in the metropolitan area, and many people have visited, continuing the success. We will strive to promote the content of the Goseong dinosaurs nationwide.”
Meanwhile, Goseong County signed a business agreement with Goyang City to strengthen tourism exchange cooperation between the regions, and the ‘Traveling Dinosaur Expo in Ilsan’ will be held at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2 from July 8 to August 27.
