Land Area 160,000㎡, Forest and Sea Views at Once
392 Rooms Including Detached Villas, Penthouses, and Hotels
Complex Cultural Space, 5 Swimming Pools, 11 Outdoor Plazas
Ananti announced on the 18th that it has opened the largest-ever 'Village de Ananti' with a land area of 160,000㎡ (approximately 48,400 pyeong) in Gijang-gun, Busan.
Village de Ananti is twice as large as the existing 'Ananti Cove.' To create an independent space surrounded by the sea and forest, 2 million tons of soil were piled up to raise the land to the height of the 10th floor of Ananti Hilton (about 38.5m). The space was planned so that visitors can enjoy everything that can be experienced on a trip?past and future, mountains and sea, city and countryside?all in one place. It features 392 rooms including standalone villas, penthouses, and the Ananti at Busan Hotel, as well as a complex cultural space with a total floor area of 6,000 pyeong, 5 swimming pools, and 11 outdoor plazas.
The accommodation facilities at Village de Ananti consist of the penthouse (Manor House, Clipper, Mansion) with 278 rooms and the Ananti Hotel with 114 rooms. The penthouse rooms are divided into 12 types according to facilities such as duplex layouts, swimming pools, and hot springs. The standalone villa-type 'Manor House' is divided into full-type and garden-type, both offering independent spaces with access to swimming pools. The 'Clipper,' consisting of four buildings, includes Spring House with a hinoki bath, Pool House Duplex where guests can swim while viewing the sea from a private pool, Duplex House with a duplex structure, and Ocean Duplex. The 'Mansion' is divided into Pool House with a swimming pool and Spring House equipped with a hot spring.
Village de Ananti also houses 'Ananti at Busan,' Ananti's third private hotel. The rooms at Ananti at Busan are designed with a yacht motif, and all rooms feature a duplex structure. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms offer views of the vast sea and dense forest.
On the first floor of the complex cultural space 'L.P. Crystal' is 'Spring Palace,' the largest swimming pool in Ananti's history. Spring Palace includes two outdoor swimming pools, one indoor swimming pool, a kids' pool, and a jacuzzi. The water is filled with natural hot spring water. It offers views of the outdoor park and the sea. The outdoor swimming pool at Ananti at Busan is located closest to the sea, providing a feeling of swimming above the ocean, and the indoor swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel offers simultaneous views of the vast sea and sky through large glass windows.
At the heart of Village de Ananti, L.P. Crystal is a large-scale complex cultural space. It houses Ananti's representative lifestyle retail shop 'Eternal Journey,' as well as Ananti's curated brand shops, galleries, restaurants, and lounges. It includes 'Saint James & Cafe,' opening for the first time in Korea, the brand 'Samuel Smalls' introducing timeless beautiful products, the small gallery 'Pinoc' showcasing craft works, 'Hazel,' Busan's only art book and pop-up book specialty bookstore, and 'Kasina,' which presents various street fashions.
Village de Ananti operates various restaurants with exotic atmospheres, including the main buffet restaurant 'Le Blanc,' French dining 'Appian,' and brunch & bakery cafe 'Beckett.'
Various cultural programs are also held to commemorate the opening. Live music performances take place every Friday night at G Square Plaza, and from August 1st, the exhibition 'Mind Matrix' will be held at the gallery 'Ananti Culture Club' on the first floor of L.P. Crystal. Programs for children are also available. At the 'Ananti Kids Culture Club,' an experiential exhibition allows children to enjoy the picture books of French author Laurent Moreau through digital media and the five senses. From July 29th to August 26th, every Saturday, a program is held where children play percussion instruments and march along with a percussion band.
Imangyu, CEO of Ananti, said, "Village de Ananti is an innovative third-generation platform that pours all of Ananti's capabilities and dedication, following the first-generation Ananti Namhae, second-generation Ananti Code, and Ananti Cove. We want to offer a wonderful time that makes visitors stop in awe amid the unfamiliarity created by the coexistence of sea and forest, city and countryside, past and future."
