Yuanta Securities announced on the 14th that its largest shareholder, Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services Private Limited, acquired 4,946 common shares through on-market purchases.
As a result, Yuanta Securities Asia's shares amounted to 116,191,899 shares (58.21%).
