Reforming HR Systems for a Creative Organizational Culture
Establishing a Work Environment Based on Autonomy and Responsibility
Life culture company LF announced on the 14th that it will implement a new personnel system departing from the existing seniority-based personnel system.
Starting this month, LF will eliminate the ranks of regular employees such as employee, assistant manager, manager, deputy general manager, and general manager, and will distinguish individuals horizontally based on their personal duties and roles. The positions and titles of employees, except for those in charge, will be unified as 'Manager.' In addition, the company will strengthen a fair performance management and compensation system centered on duties.
LF will introduce the 'Young Talent Program' to cultivate professional talent equipped with digital knowledge and to nurture future-oriented fashion business leaders who will lead the artificial intelligence (AI) era. The Young Talent Program develops the traditional in-house MBA focused on management education into a program centered on discussions and practical exercises related to the use of digital technology and problem-solving.
An LF HR representative stated, "Through this personnel system reform, LF aims to expand opportunities for anyone, regardless of career or age, to propose projects and ideas and to proactively lead the entire work process."
