Starting at 56.99 million KRW... Delivery from September
Tesla Korea has officially launched the Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive model in the domestic market. This vehicle, produced at the Shanghai Gigafactory in China, is priced at 56,990,000 KRW, which is 10,000 KRW lower than the full electric vehicle subsidy price of 57,000,000 KRW.
The driving range of this model is up to 350 km. It takes 6.9 seconds to accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h. The top speed is 217 km/h. The driving assistance feature, Autopilot, is included as standard. The cargo space is up to 2,158 liters.
The Model Y was the first electric vehicle to surpass internal combustion engine vehicles and achieve the number one global sales position (based on the first quarter of this year).
The price of this vehicle starts at 56,990,000 KRW. With subsidies, it can be purchased from the high 40 million KRW range. Additionally, applying the Tesla referral program benefits can provide an extra discount of 660,000 KRW.
The delivery period is expected to be in the third quarter of 2023. Currently, the Model Y Long Range and Performance models are not available for purchase.
