SH Corporation Supplies Premium Rental Offices at 'SeedCube Changdong'

Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 13th that it will supply premium rental offices at 'Seed Cube Changdong.'

The Seed Cube Changdong rental office spans 26,265㎡, with floors 8-9 and 11-12 designated for small to medium-sized tenants, and floors 13-16 for large-area tenants, supplied by floor unit and zone.

For small to medium-sized units, the rental (contract) area ranges from 132 to 634㎡, with the expected bid price for annual rent between 27 million and 128 million KRW. For medium to large units, the rental (contract) area ranges from 836 to 2,341㎡, with the expected bid price for annual rent between 170 million and 470 million KRW.

Rental applications can be submitted via electronic bidding on the public auction portal system 'Onbid.' Occupancy will be possible from November after the completion of interior works such as ceiling finishing following the building completion in July.

Seed Cube Changdong is a complex facility that includes office workspaces, 792 officetel units, commercial facilities, and a public parking lot.

Dobong-gu plans to expand and relocate the Small and Medium Enterprise Startup Incubation Center to some floors of Seed Cube Changdong to support youth and startup companies. The Seoul Youth Employment Academy will also open within the year.
