Gochang-gun to Recruit Additional 'Gochang Market Tenants' Until the 21st

Gochang Market, an integrated online shopping mall directly operated by Gochang County in Jeollabuk-do, is recruiting additional vendors for the second half of 2023.

According to the county on the 11th, the application period is until the 21st, and eligibility requires individuals or organizations with legal telecommunication sales qualifications for products produced or processed in Gochang County.

To apply, download the application form from the county office website (notices and announcements), fill it out, and submit it along with the required documents to the Gochang County Rural Vitality Division Gochang Market TF Team or via email.

Vendor admission to Gochang Market is determined through document review and on-site investigation to assess online sales capabilities and production scale, followed by deliberation by the ‘Gochang Market Operating Committee’.

Currently, Gochang Market has 146 vendors with over 350 products registered and sold, and efforts are being made to expand distribution channels and increase sales.

Launched in April 2021, Gochang Market was established to promote the excellence of Gochang’s agricultural and marine specialty products and to expand online sales channels for local small businesses.

Additionally, within 2 years and 2 months of operation, it has recorded cumulative sales of 2.9 billion KRW and secured 80,000 members.
