HLB Inno Acquires 13 Billion KRW Stake in Verismo Therapeutics

HLB Innovation announced on the 5th that it has acquired shares worth 13 billion KRW (3,184,714 shares) of Verismo Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company.

After the acquisition, the stake amounts to 11.75%. The company explained, "We participated in a third-party allotment capital increase and acquired the shares with cash, aiming to maximize corporate value."
