Previously, Hyundai AutoEver and Korea Social Investment recruited social enterprises or social ventures possessing job competency enhancement solutions for youth seeking employment, career-interrupted women, and persons with disabilities through the project. The final selected companies will recruit youth, career-interrupted women, and persons with disabilities during the project period and provide job competency enhancement training programs as well as employment linkage support.

Hyundai AutoEver and Korea Social Investment will support two final selected companies with customized nurturing programs for business scale-up. A total of 20 million KRW will be provided to advance and operate the educational programs of these companies. Additionally, a direct investment of 45 million KRW is planned for outstanding companies to further develop their businesses.

The companies finally selected for the Dream Forever project are Haruharu Movement Research Institute and Sunsure. 'Haruharu Movement Research Institute' operates an O2O special healthcare service for exercise-vulnerable groups. It plans to discover and train special wellness instructors who can provide barrier-free daily exercise to career-interrupted women, retired or active disabled athletes, and youth.

Career-interrupted women participating in the Wonder Woman Project can improve their job skills through practical experience acquisition and career re-education.

A Hyundai AutoEver official stated, "We are pleased to discover various startups and social enterprises with employment competency enhancement solutions through this project," adding, "We hope the selected companies will successfully settle and help many people facing difficulties in finding employment."

Lee Sun-yeol, CEO of Korea Social Investment, said, "Through the Dream Forever project, Korea Social Investment will nurture excellent startups in the employment sector to help address the employment issues currently facing South Korea," and added, "We will prioritize investments in companies with solutions to various problems that could lead to increased social conflicts in the future."
