Busan Nambu Office of Education Establishes Customized Care Cooperation System with Local Community

Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Southern District Office will operate a ‘Regional Council’ to strengthen customized care services for elementary schools and community child centers officials.


This council is held to establish a customized care cooperation system by linking schools and local communities, and will be held three times from the 30th of this month to July 6th in the Southern District Office large conference room and other locations.


The Busan Southern District Office of Education divides this council into five regions: Nam-gu 1 and 2 regions, Dong-gu region, and Jin-gu 1 and 2 regions. The Office of Education hosts the council, where officials from schools and community child centers in each region gather to find ways to strengthen care services.

Participants will discuss ways to operate linked care services such as excess demand for care within schools, evening care, emergency care, share various care information, and discuss mutual support plans during the council.


Park Gwi-ja, Superintendent of the Southern District Office of Education, said, “I hope the council will be the cornerstone for building a close and organic network between schools and local care institutions, providing seamless and detailed customized care services.”


The Southern District Office of Education held the Nam-gu 1 and 2 region councils on the 23rd and 26th of last month.
