Yurim Development announced on the 28th that it will officially begin sales of 'El Cascadi by J Park Bohol' targeting domestic buyers.
El Cascadi by J Park Bohol is a complex resort being developed on approximately 1.6 million㎡ of land around Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines, featuring 1,269 hotel rooms, 84 pool villas, a water park, and a 27-hole golf course (planned).
Among these, the hotel, consisting of two buildings ranging from 1 to 12 floors above ground (exclusive area 40~314㎡), will be sold first. Construction is being carried out by FS Phil Corporation and Mandowinia Construction, local companies in the Philippines, with completion scheduled for the first half of 2026.
The exterior of the hotel incorporates a cascade design, symbolizing a waterfall. The resort’s exterior design and architecture are handled by Morphosis, a global architectural firm involved in the NEOM City project in Saudi Arabia.
The interior offers various layouts such as Bohol Suite, Panglao Guest, and Family Deluxe, allowing buyers to choose according to their preferences and lifestyles. The pool villas are designed as resort spaces where guests can enjoy nature, including forests and the sea.
Facilities include Cave World connected to various themed play areas, an infinity pool, diving spots, water slides, lazy river pools, and kids’ pools within the water park. An observatory for stargazing will be located on the hotel rooftop, and experiential programs such as horseback riding and polo will also be offered.
The entire Panglao area was designated as a tourism special zone in 2018. Accordingly, investors are provided with various tax benefits and support measures. Yusi-young, Chairman of Yurim Development, stated, "Bohol Panglao Island boasts pristine natural environments and abundant attractions, making it highly popular among tourists. We are confident that this hotel sale will serve as a signal for the Bohol Panglao area to become a world-renowned destination."
