Apartments within parks developed through the Private Park Special Project are attracting consumer interest.
The Private Park Special Project refers to a method under Article 21-2 of the Act on Urban Parks and Green Areas (Special Cases on Development Activities in Urban Park Sites), where 30% of the park land is developed by private developers into apartments or similar, and the remaining 70% of green space is created as a park and donated to the public.
The subscription performance of complexes supplied through the Private Park Special Project has also been excellent. Last month, ‘We Park Mareuk Park’ in Gwangju Metropolitan City, which sold out within two months of its launch, recorded an average competition rate of 9.68 to 1 with 6,209 applicants for 641 units (excluding special supply) in the first and second priority subscriptions.
