Korea Energy University Accelerates Training of Workforce for Green Hydrogen Production via Water Electrolysis

Agreement on Technology Transfer and Collaboration with Techross Co., Ltd.

Korea University of Energy and Technology (President Yoon Euijun) announced on the 27th that it signed a business agreement with Techross Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Seokwon) on the 26th at Korea University of Energy and Technology for technology transfer related to water electrolysis and green hydrogen production.

Through this agreement, both institutions will collaborate in areas such as ▲development of materials, components, and systems for green hydrogen production via water electrolysis ▲development of reliability evaluation for green hydrogen production water electrolysis ▲discovery of joint research and development topics and joint promotion of industry-academia and national research projects ▲training and exchange of personnel for green hydrogen production water electrolysis.

They also plan to discuss technology transfer related to water electrolysis technology for green hydrogen production that can be linked with renewable energy.

Yoon Euijun, President of Korea University of Energy and Technology, said, “Through this business agreement, Techross and Korea University of Energy and Technology have established a cooperative system for active technology transfer related to water electrolysis and green hydrogen production,” adding, “We will strive to contribute to humanity and the environment through the practical use of green hydrogen.”
