AI company Saltlux is recruiting applicants to participate in the “Generative/Conversational AI Developer Training and Employment Connection Course Using ChatGPT,” conducted by the Youth Employment Academy SeSAC until August 10.
Saltlux, which possesses core technology, has developed its own training program that allows non-majors without prior knowledge to learn from basics to applications. The curriculum is structured to enable employment or entrepreneurship as AI developers. The 1st and 2nd courses achieved a 78% employment rate according to the Seoul Business Agency. Among the graduates, 10 joined Saltlux.
Trainees learn specialized knowledge and know-how related to AI technologies such as AI understanding and environment setup, machine learning and deep learning, natural language processing, speech recognition and synthesis directly from Saltlux developers and researchers. They acquire practical skills by learning the latest generative and conversational AI technologies like ChatGPT through project-based training.
A dedicated training operations manager resides in the same space to support trainees. Various employment connection programs are also provided, including company visits, invited seminars by companies, talent recommendations from partner companies, customized 1:1 job interviews, and employment competency enhancement training. Industry insights can be gained through special lectures by renowned experts in the AI field, including Saltlux CEO Lee Kyung-il.
This training is completely free and provides all necessary equipment. Anyone aged 15 to under 40, not enrolled in employment insurance, and a Seoul citizen as of the application date can apply.
Jinmyung Lim, a Saltlux manager, said, “With industry-tailored projects led by the best instructors and various employment competency enhancement trainings, participants can rapidly grow into skilled technology talents,” adding, “We hope for the interest and support of those aspiring to become AI developers.”
