The influencer data platform 'Featuring' announced on the 27th that it has launched an influencer recommendation service utilizing ChatGPT.
The newly introduced 'ChatGPT List-up' by Featuring is a service that provides a list of recommended influencers through conversational artificial intelligence (AI). When users input their desired influencer criteria in the chat window as if talking to a person, the chatbot asks questions to refine the details or provides results that match the conditions.
This service offers greater accessibility and convenience compared to existing services that recommended influencers by directly selecting categories through filtering. The previous search services required specifying each of the influencer’s ▲SNS platform ▲content type ▲gender ▲number of followers ▲follower age group, etc. Using ChatGPT List-up, users can search easily as if speaking to a consultant.
Featuring has revamped its platform to allow users easier access to 12 million influencer accounts already in its database. Additionally, by leveraging ChatGPT’s translation capabilities, it plans to enhance the service to offer recommendations not only domestically but also to overseas influencers in Japan, Southeast Asia, and other regions.
Jang Ji-hoon, CEO of Featuring, said, "There are countless influencers on various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, so finding the right influencer is not easy. This new service is designed so that ChatGPT can find the vast amount of data analyzed on the Featuring platform."
Featuring is an influencer data management startup founded in 2019 by former Kakao employees. It has a vision to datafy all influencers online so that anyone can easily conduct influencer marketing.
Its main services include 'Featuring,' which provides marketing strategies and campaign automation systems to consumers who want to conduct influencer marketing, and 'Cinnamon,' a service that allows influencers to manage their own influence. Featuring provides services to about 8,600 companies, including major corporations such as Cheil Worldwide, LG Electronics, Shinsegae, and LF.
