Eunpyeong-gu, Recruiting Trainees for ‘After-School Program Coordinator Training Course’
Training Administrative Staff and Instructors for After-School Programs… Enabling Work-Life Balance
Applications Open Until August 23… Full Tuition Free
Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced that it is recruiting trainees to participate in the ‘After-School Program Coordinator Training Course’ aimed at helping women with career interruptions find employment, with applications open until August 23.
This training course is designed to cultivate administrative staff and instructors who will work in after-school programs conducted after regular class hours, targeting women with career interruptions. The tuition is completely free.
Upon completion of the training, support for employment linkage such as recommendations for after-school administrative positions will be provided. The part-time after-school jobs allow for a balance between work and family life.
The training course consists of job training (OA training, job understanding), practical training (official document and administrative paperwork preparation), and employment training (resume and self-introduction letter writing).
The target participants are women with career interruptions or women seeking employment residing in Eunpyeong-gu, with a total of 15 trainees to be recruited.
To participate, applicants must submit the application form to the Eunpyeong Women’s Human Resources Development Center either in person or by email by noon on August 23.
The training will begin on August 28 and run until October 18. For more detailed information about the training, please check the Eunpyeong Women’s Human Resources Development Center website or contact them by phone.
This year, the district has promoted four training courses to help women with career interruptions re-enter the workforce. The courses offered this year include ▲e-commerce Fashion MD Training Course ▲Korean and Western Cuisine Cooking Expert Training Course ▲Wallpaper Technician Training Course ▲After-School Program Coordinator Training Course.
Kim Mi-kyung, Mayor of Eunpyeong-gu, said, “I hope this will be a great opportunity to balance family and work,” and added, “We will continue to actively work on preparing support measures to help women with career interruptions advance into society.”
