Goseong-gun Holds First Pledge Implementation Evaluation Team Meeting This Year... What Are the Results of the Pledges?

Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam held the first Goseong-gun Pledge Implementation Evaluation Committee meeting of the year in the county office's medium conference room.

The meeting held on the 20th was organized to report on the status of 70 pledge projects across 10 sectors promoted during the first year of the 8th local government administration, to evaluate the pledge project implementation plans, and to gather opinions on changes to the 8th local government pledge projects.

Goseong County in Gyeongnam held the first Goseong County Pledge Implementation Evaluation Committee meeting of the year in the county office's medium conference room.

The nine evaluation committee members who attended the meeting actively shared their questions by sector and discussed projects that could be adjusted or changed, pledging to actively support the committee’s role in pledge implementation.

Jang Chan-ho, Director of Planning and Budget, said, “Listening to the evaluation committee’s opinions is an important part of efficiently promoting and managing pledge projects,” adding, “We will strive to further develop policies based on the suggestions provided. By carrying out the pledge implementation, promises made to the residents will be fulfilled.”

Meanwhile, Goseong-gun publicly recruited the Pledge Implementation Evaluation Committee members at the start of the 8th local government administration and selected 14 members by lottery.

The Pledge Implementation Evaluation Committee plays a role in having residents directly establish implementation plans for election pledges, inspect and evaluate pledge implementation, and propose opinions to ensure that pledges genuinely desired by residents are promoted.
