Hyundai Engineering to Sell 1,060 Units at Hillstate Mojong Blanc Luce

Hyundai Engineering announced on the 20th that it will open the model house for the Hillstate Mojong Blanc Luce Apartments, located in Mojong-dong, Asan-si, Chungnam, on the 22nd, and will begin full-scale sales.

This complex will be built on B1 block of Asan Mojong 2 District in Mojong-dong, Asan-si, Chungnam, consisting of 9 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 29 floors above ground, totaling 1,060 households with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 109㎡.

Asan Mojong 2 District, together with the adjacent Asan Mojong 1 District, is adjacent to the original downtown area of Asan-si, allowing convenient access to abundant residential infrastructure such as commercial, educational, cultural, and administrative facilities. Including the nearby planned developments of Mojong Saetdeul District and Punggi Station District, there is also the advantage of a large-scale urban development project with approximately 12,000 households.

Within 3 km of the complex are Onyang Oncheon Station and Baebang Station on Subway Line 1, and Punggi Station (tentative name) is planned to be built about 1.5 km in a straight line from the complex. In addition, the Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway is scheduled to open, and the Asan-Cheonan section, part of the Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway, is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Shinri Elementary School is located within a 1-minute walk, and nearby are Mojong Middle School (scheduled to open in March 2025), Asan Middle and High Schools, Hanol Middle and High Schools, Onyang Girls’ Middle and High Schools, and a cluster of private academies, providing an excellent educational environment.

The Hillstate Mojong Blanc Luce complex will include various community facilities such as a GX room, fitness center, indoor golf practice range, guest house, small library, senior citizens’ center, Dahamkke Care Center, and daycare center.

Applications for subscription will be accepted starting with special supply on the 26th, followed by first priority on the 27th, and second priority on the 28th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 4th of next month, and the official contract signing will take place over three days from the 18th to the 20th thereafter.
