Modetour Premium Overseas Travel Product Brand
Reservations Until May This Year Increased by 410% Compared to Last Year
Modetour announced on the 19th that, based on an analysis of overseas travel reservations departing this summer (July-August), the reservation share of the premium brand 'Modusignature & Signature Black' travel products increased by more than 20% compared to before COVID-19, reaching 28%.
Additionally, the number of premium product reservations until May this year increased by 410% compared to the same period last year. The company explained that with the first summer peak season since the endemic (periodic outbreak of infectious diseases), the increase in overseas travel and the preference for premium travel products among travelers seem to have grown.
'Modusignature Black' is an upgraded premium brand from Modetour's representative premium brand 'Modusignature.' The products aim for high-quality packages and feature 'no tips,' 'no options,' and 'no shopping,' as well as ▲ accommodation at 5-star or higher hotels ▲ Michelin and local specialty meals ▲ travel insurance worth 300 million KRW ▲ small group exclusive events.
The most popular Modusignature Black product this summer is the 'Hokkaido Hot Springs Authentic 4-Day' tour. Using the national carrier Asiana Airlines, travelers stay at Noboribetsu and Toya luxury hot spring hotels, which are considered the three major hot spring areas, and a luxury city hotel in Sapporo. The package includes ▲ Hokkaido’s famous three crabs ▲ grilled live abalone ▲ sushi and other three local specialty meals, along with visits to paid tourist attractions.
For long-distance destinations, the 'Luxury Versace · Miracle on the Desert Dubai · Abu Dhabi Perfect All-Inclusive 7-Day' tour is highly preferred. Using Korean Air, travelers stay throughout at the luxurious 5-star Palazzo Versace Hotel, with experiences including gold coffee at the 7-star Emirates Palace Hotel, local specialty meals selected by the Michelin Plate, desert tours, and fountain shows.
