Hugel recently announced on the 19th that it successfully held a launching seminar for the polydioxanone (PDO) suture brand 'Liselvi' (domestic product name Blue Rose Forte) at the Pullman Hotel Sukhumvit in Thailand.

Liselvi is a PDO suture brand of JWorld, a medical suture manufacturing company and a subsidiary of Hugel, which obtained product approval for 10 items from the Thai Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) in March.
The first session featured Minjong Kang, Executive Director of Hugel’s Sales and Marketing Headquarters, introducing the Liselvi brand and its key advantages. Executive Director Kang explained, "To overcome the weakness of conventional PDO sutures being vulnerable to heat, JWorld applied its differentiated 'Minimal-Heated Press Molding sculpting' process, which enhances product quality in terms of durability and bonding strength."
Additionally, three local experts, including Dr. Lee Hwang from Cheongdam NB Clinic in Korea, delivered procedural lectures, receiving great responses from over 200 local medical professionals attending the event. Dr. Lee presented on 'How to improve lifting effect by Combination (Lifting+Fixation),' explaining the 'Combination Procedure' that enhances procedural efficiency.
Various lectures followed, covering basic procedures, local procedural trends, and techniques by area. Kritsada Kowitwibul presented on 'Anatomical Approach' and procedural design to improve procedural completeness. Khon Limpakon discussed non-surgical glabellar correction for eye lifting, and Marut Rahavijor explained V-line lifting procedures combining hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers with Liselvi.
A Hugel representative stated, "Since Hugel’s botulinum toxin product 'Retivo' (domestic product name Botulex) has already established a dominant position in Thailand, we plan to quickly settle into the local market through synergy between the two products. We will actively promote academic marketing targeting local medical professionals to enhance the recognition and trust of the Liselvi brand."
