MZ Solution Accelerates Mass Production of Key Components for Global TV Manufacturers

MGN Solution is accelerating the mass production of core TV components to supply global TV manufacturers.

MGN Solution announced on the 19th that it has signed a lease agreement with an industrial complex in Vietnam to advance the mass production schedule of coil magnetic components.

The purpose of establishing the Vietnam factory is to supply coil magnetic components, which are core parts of TVs, to global TV manufacturers. According to the company, they will move in starting from the 1st of next month and plan to begin mass production within this year.

A company representative explained, "Through this lease agreement, we have been able to reduce construction time and costs, allowing us to proceed with mass production faster than planned. In particular, although the existing corporate tax rate in Vietnam is 20%, under this decision, we will receive a 100% corporate tax exemption for four years and a 50% exemption for the following ten years."

Previously, MGN Solution signed a business cooperation and joint research and development contract with Musem, the top global manufacturer’s development vendor. Musem develops and manufactures coil magnetic components such as inductors and transformers through its own patents and supplies them to Samsung Electronics, LG, TCL, and others. MGN Solution plans to jointly use all of Musem’s patents and technologies and supply coil magnetic components to global TV manufacturers.

A company representative emphasized, "Regarding coil magnetic components, Musem and our company are the only suppliers capable of customized manufacturing and supply for all TV products." They added, "We are continuously searching for additional sites for future expansion."

They continued, "We will expand our market share not only in TVs but also in the home appliance market."

Meanwhile, market research firm DSCC recently expected at 'Display Week' held in Los Angeles (LA), USA, that 8K TV shipments will steadily grow until 2027, nearly tripling compared to last year. The 8K TV shipments, which were below 4 million units last year, are expected to grow to around 6 million units this year and reach a scale of 12 million units within five years.
